Yes: Yeast is a fungal nfection caused by candida species. Sometimes develop in relationship to oral contraceptive or antibiotic use . Use antifungal cream or suppository or Fluconazole is the treatment . May use Fluconazole for longer than usual 3 days for recurrent infections.
