Can someone develop allergies after having an appendectomy?

Not really.: You can have allergies to meds used or anesthesia but not from removal of the organ. How long has it been since your surgery? If your surgery was recent, let yoursurgeon know to make sure what you r describing as allergy symptoms are not signs of any post op complication such as an abscess.
