Not always: Reward-seeking behavior is seen in the combined and hyperactive/impulsive types of ADHD. This can include behavior in social situations, such as verbal impulsivity. I wouldn't expect the inattentive subtype ADHD to go along with introversion or extroversion. Comorbid anxiety, in particular Social Phobia can also curb the otherwise overtalkative ADHDer.
