No: All personality types, and traits may occur in a person with adhd. Bipolar do is something which can be also present as well as other personality disorders.

No: The condition of ADHD does not always confer a specific personality type. personality or the given activity and how stimulating it is may better predict an individual's outgoing nature.

Not always: Reward-seeking behavior is seen in the combined and hyperactive/impulsive types of ADHD. This can include behavior in social situations, such as verbal impulsivity. I wouldn't expect the inattentive subtype ADHD to go along with introversion or extroversion. Comorbid anxiety, in particular Social Phobia can also curb the otherwise overtalkative ADHDer.
