Aim to get 7.5 to 8 hours of quality sleep per night. Daily physical activity is optimal, especially in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine & alcohol or at least keep use moderate. Qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation.
