I have bleeding stools, i have been stressed for a few weeks, can this be a cause? also, is there anything i can eat to stop them?

See your doc: It can be anywhere from hemorrhoidal bleed to an inflammatory bowel disease. As far as eating, best will be to go in bowel rest for few days with only clear liquids if possible. You definitely need to see your doc.
