Nasal obstruction: There are three main causes: deviated nasal septum, deviated nasal bones or inferior turbinate hypertrophy or a combination of these. Other less common causes can include allergies, nasal polyps, sinusitis or other nasal tumor or mass. Best to have in checked out by an ENT who can not only look inside your nose, but can do an endoscopic exam to find things that may be more difficult to detect.
