Deviated septum cold: You do not tell us the duration of the disease. If it is of recent onset it may be a viral infection (rhinitis, cold) if it has been of a long duration, it could represent a deviated nasal septum ( cartilage in the nose). Rare possibility is a nasal polyp. Obviously, see your physician for starters.
