Vague: You really need to see an ENT dr. Who can check the nasal septum, the sinus cavities and other possible triggers.

For a very long time, one of my nostril has always been blocked, different sides each time. I can breathe normally with one and can't from the other. I have tried sprays to relieve congestion, try to blow my nose. Nothing helps? No pain either?
Im having difficulty breathing at night when sleeping because one side of my nose usually gets blocked and the other one will be extremely dry so much that I will have to breath through my mouth. I have been to doctors but no help. Can you advise?
