No doubt : Do not be fulled. This is the fastest running fad in 2013. Nicotine is nicotine no matter how you once gets exposed to it. E-cigs are not only addictive, but also harmful.

Yes and No: Yes and No ... Nicotine is addictive NOT the ecigarette ... an ecig is only addictive if it contains nicotine and many do not. However, unless you make the liquid yourself or get it from a trusted source, you do not know what's in the liquid they use. Experienced vapers make their own liquids or only buy from trusted domestic sources.
