A member asked:

Is wheat addictive?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Wheat is not addictive. The other common food grains are not addictive, either. That means one can eat wheat products everyday, then stop eating wheat products, and she'll be just fine (as long as she has other nutritious foods to eat).
