Serious Rx: If it's on your back, you won't be able to clear it on your own, and home remedies and topical benzoyl peroxide probably won't touch it. Your physician can probably clear you in about two weeks with a systemic antibiotic that's right for you, perhaps tetracycline 500 2x/day. If this fails and you're offered isotretinoin, accept it.
