I've had acne on my back and it's left marks , what can i do to remove these marks :( ?

Get treated: Acne on the trunk usually requires both topical and systemic treatment. Topical benzoyl peroxide is your best friend until you can get with your personal physician, who may give you an antibiotic, the oral contraceptive pill (if it's right for you), or topical spironolactone. Scars can only be treated by a medical specalist; if you want to temporarily bleach brown marks, hydrozquinone -- sparingly.
