BPO: Your best over the counter bet is a benzoyl peroxide wash. You can find them in strengths from 2.5 to 10%. 10% is no more effective and causes a lot more irritation, so it is often best to just stick with the 2.5% formulations. Acne on the chest and back is often tougher to get rid of and might require an oral antibiotic, so see your dermatologist if otc medications fail.
