Maybe: If your liver is inflamed and the capsule around it is being stretched you can feel some discomfort. Some people with hepatitis c don't have liver inflammation.

10 days ago terrible left side GI pain after bad meal. Had full blood workup, ultrasound to r/o gallstones, all normal. Diagnosis gastritis. Taking rx antacids. Chest pressure better but still have dull soreness at lower left rib. What could this be?
