Several things: Upper left abdomen contains spleen, tail of pancreas, splenic flexure of colon, part of stomach, left kidney, left lower ribs and muscles. Costochondritis, strained muscles, trauma to spleen, stomach ulcer or tumor, pancreatitis, problem with left lobe of liver, left kidney infection or stone, left lower lung infection, splenic flexure distention with air from irritable bowel syndrome, to name few.

Everytime i lay on my side left/right a dull pain starts in my chest. It's like there is pressure on it. It has been a month since it started.

23yo male. Virtually constant dull chest pain in left side and left forearm and wrist. Gets worse periodically. Doesn't worsen with exercise. Had ecg and blood pressure test with normal results. Had issue for roughly a year?
