Heart attack sign: A 30 year old is not likely to have a heart attack (although not impossible). Chest pressure is more a sign than chest soreness. Usally the pain and symptoms of heart attack are worse with exertion

Unlikely in you.: Heart related chest discomfort is usually caused by exertion, emotion etc and uncommon in someone your age. More detailed history is needed for further assessment. Please get help from your doctor and follow his/her advice.
