Beer gives me acid indigestion and bloating. does this mean i'm allergic?

Gluten Sensitivity: It may be that you have a sensitive stomach but it could mean that you have a sensitivity to the rye in beer. Some people actually posess an allergy to gluten and have GI sensitivity to types of wheat or barley. I would recommend seeing a gastroenterologist if you want a real work-up performed, particularly if you are sensative to other types of breads and carb laden foods.
