You may try acid blocking medicine Endoscopy or ultrasound may be needed If PPI does not work. You may also stop smoking, avoid foods which aggravate the pain, reduce stress. Avoid NSAIDS

See doctor: Although some of your symptoms may be from reflux or even an ulcer, the headache and lethargy (unless the pain keeps you awake) cannot be explained and thus you really need to consult your doctor to make sure that there is nothing more serious.
