Am i right that it's no issue to take tylenol (acetaminophen) nighttime in the day?

Tylenol (acetaminophen) Nightime: This product contains Diphenhydramine or benadryl (diphenhydramine). It's used at night because Diphenhydramine causes drowsiness. I would not recommend taking this product if you need to drive a car or be alert. Best to reserve it for bedtime.

And I would not take Benadryl unless you are having an allergic reaction.
