I take 50 tylenol (acetaminophen) pm's a day. i been doing this for years. am i hurting myself?

Yes yo do! Stop it: Are you really taking 50 tab a day or 5 tablets a day? Each tablet of tylenol pm has 500mg of acetaminophen. If you take 50 tab a day- meaning you take 50x500mg = 25000 mg = 25 gram of tylenol. Fyi- you can't take more than 3 gram of tylenol a day. You should stop taking tylenol and go to see your doctor to get yourself checked. You can have tylenol toxicity-liver failure and you can die from it.
