Yes, but: Make sure you know all the ingredients that are present in the "multisymptom". I'm not a big fan of these medications as they often contain medications you don't need for your particular symptoms. Know what each and every active ingredient does and what symptom it is for, and if you don't need everything in it, take individual medications that just address those symptoms.
