Callus treatment.: It may be a callus ( thick skin from friction) or a wart ( a viral infection). If you are not sure which you should see a doctor or just try using a pumice stone after soaking your feet. Don't be so aggressive as to cause bleeding. If you have pain, see a dermatologist or podiatrist.

Otc cream: You could try rubbing over the counter Hydrocortisone cream into the feet twice a day for two weeks. If not improved then see a derm.
