Fever control: To answer just what you asked, fever control with tylenol (acetaminophen) or any Acetaminophen alternating with Motrin or any Ibuprofen every four hours.Dosing is based on the child's weight. Dosing should be on the bottles or package inserts.As always, go see your doctor if your child look sick or not feeling good.
