Fever: A cool sponge bath can work wonders. Never seen a fever a cool bath couldn't tame. Do you know why he has a fever? If not - please have this evaluated. Good luck.

Treat for comfort...: Fever is the body's response 2 infection or inflammation. It is unnecessary to bring your child's temperature down. Lukewarm water baths may helpful. Use acetominophen or Ibuprofen 2 help relieve aches + pains connected w illness. Call your doctor right away if your child has fever w severe headache, is irritable, has a rash, has burning when urinating, blood in stool, or vomiting, is dehydrated.

See pediatrician : Don't give him anything else. Take hin to see his pediatrician and find out why he has a fever and get the underlying cause treated.
