Cat D Use if indicat: It creates an inc. Risk of 2/10, 000 inc risk of cleft lip and palate in first trimester. If necessary for your mental health, consider a potent form of Folic Acid called l-methylfolate. Use the lowest possible dose but if it's a key part of a regimen than the risks are not huge. The best source of info is mass. General women's psychiatry. Look up the data there and decide with your doctor.
