Stay active: Car accidents vary greatly in severity, so there is no way to totally prevent soreness in every person. If you are having severe pain and it was a major accident go to the er. If not or you were already checked in the er, try to resume regular activity as much as possible. Gentle stretching and low impact aerobic exercise like walking and swimming can help you recover. See your primary if problem.
