See a physician: Most neck injuries in automobile accidents are a result of sudden deceleration of the vehicle resulting in what is commonly referred to as "whiplash"- at minimum, this represents a sprain or strain but could be more serious (i.e. A herniated disc or fracture). Your chest may be sore due to deceleration against the seat belt restraint which can bruise the chest wall or possibly fracture a rib.
