Be supportive: Being supportive and not judging, or calling them crazy or having low willpower is not helpful. Ssris, like prozac, zoloft, (sertraline) or Celexa can be helpful with treatment of ocd, as well as psychotherapy, in particular exposure response prevention therapy (erp), a form of cognitive behavioral therapy (cbt).
