Mindfulness: Meditation, yoga, tai chi, relaxing music, being out in nature or just taking walks can be ways of dealing with minor anxiety. More serious anxiety, including true ocd can take professional therapy. Seek a therapist who specializes in treating anxiety disorders. Exposure based treatments are very effective for many anxiety disorders.
