R u sexually active?: If you are sexually active (or have had sex at all in the past 4 months or so) you need to check a pregnancy test. If not pregnant, then it could be due to many things - hormone imbalances, like not ovulating, or ovarian cysts, or due to high levels of stress even. There are lab tests and ultrasound testing that can figure out what is going on if you are not pregnant.
