She needs to see a: Dr right away. The fall could have bruised her kidney or bladder(less likely) but the bleeding could just be coincidental with the fall. The blood in the urine may suggest infection or tumor (hopefully not) in the kidney, ureter or bladder or could be from a blood disorder.Blood thinners can contribute to her bleeding . She needs a thorough work up including urine/blood test and imaging studies.
