More restful sleep: If you don't have enough to sleep, then make sure you have quality sleep--minimize disturbance during your sleep. Reduce stress: divide up house chores, eat healthy, and doing more aerobic exercises can reduce your stress and improve your sleep.

On a vicious cycle ?: What constitutes "enough sleep" is different from person to person. However, if you feel stressed/fatigued don't look to drugs/herbs for relief, get a sleep study (rule out sleep apnea, restless leg, etc.), avoid nighttime distractions (tv, computer), retire a little earlier (your work will wait until tomorrow), learn relaxation techniques, unload your plate if overwhelmed with being overly busy.
