Premature Beats: While most people have a regular heart rate, it is not uncommon to have a premature or extra heart beat on occasion. These might occur more often with stress or excitement or after stimulants such as alcohol or caffeine. These are not dangerous or worrisome. However if sxs persist you could have an ECG or heart monitor to determine what exactly is occurring.
