No: There are certainly ways of treating and preventing gout attacks. By watching what you eat can decrease gout attacks dramatically, but i still cannot say your gour will be cured. Other medications can be used to treat gout again to reduce attacks but possible not cure them. Talk to your physician since you certainly can reduce them possible dramatically.

No: There is no cure for gout but dietary and lifestyle changes may reduce the attacks of gout. If that is not sufficient, there are several medications that can lower the body's uric acid load to the point where gout attacks are infrequent.

No cure: Thrre is no cure but there are effective control. If you take Allopurinol daily to maintain a serum uric acid less than 6 mg/dl you will prevent future attacks. Other doc will discuss diets but studies have convincingly shown but they have little benefit other than minimizing alcohol.
