What could be a great cosmetic alternative (by md) to having a chemical peel or neurotoxin to reduce some minor-to-moderate overall facial aging?

You bring out the...: Curiosity in me about trying not to age even minor-to-moderately. Oh, be handsome! keep your skin fresh and healthy. Drink water to stay moist, avoid too much harsh exposure to wind or sun. Do facial exercises to keep muscle tone and blood flow going. Smile - even alone. Think of interesting, amusing, whatever stuff that leaves a slight smile on your face. At least once a day - laugh.

Depends on situation: Other minimally invasive options include: facial fillers. Laser resurfacing can be done for wrinkle or texture issues. But sometimes, surgery is still the best option. Speak with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to see which would be best for you.

Positive attitude: Positive attitude, stress-free existence, facial massages, full complement of teeth, healthy diet all help in achieving/or trying to achieve the look you want without any medical intervention. As is common with most other things in life as well - aging is not a static thing while we are alive, so expect some change and accept the change with a smile and you will diminish its negative impact.
