While I am not: a physician who care for things on the face, a small hardish > white ball that is "squeezed out" from the skin or subcutaneous tissue can represent an epidermal inclusion cyst which are common in the face and extremities and trunk or a similar. If yo have had a skin procedure speak to your practicioner
