Scapular muscles...: Are usually the first and most effective exercises to do for shoulder or more commonly rotator cuff injuries. This includes rows and internal/external rotation motions starting out with isometric and then progressing from there. Generally, you should avoid over-head techniques as they will likely irritate you.
