You : You need to see an orthopedist that knows what he or she is doing as son as possible. The doctor should evaluate the neck and the shoulder. You may need x rays and an MRI to evaluate the various dianostic possibilites. Do not waste your time going to a primary care doctor and try to look with an experienced orthopedist asap.
