A member asked:

If i want to find out which vitamin and minerals i have a deficiency or taking to much how would i go about doing that, is there a blood test of sorts?

Yes: There are symptoms specific for certain deficiencies, and accordingly you can do targeted blood levels of the suspected deficiency.
