Ive been bad for 5 days now throat and chest raw, not eating very much, no taste and been sick and out of breath when i walk, also my ears are fuzzy?

Chest congestion: You likely need antibiotics and may have pneumonia It may be exacerbated by runny nose PND(which would also cause the ear congestion) so try zyrtec/antihistamine as well as elevate head of bed. if you have reflux use ranitidine/prevecid as that can worsens nasal congestion. follow up with urgent care /doctor as seems you may need antibiotics /inhalers for breathing
