Chest congestion: You likely need antibiotics and may have pneumonia It may be exacerbated by runny nose PND(which would also cause the ear congestion) so try zyrtec/antihistamine as well as elevate head of bed. if you have reflux use ranitidine/prevecid as that can worsens nasal congestion. follow up with urgent care /doctor as seems you may need antibiotics /inhalers for breathing

Need eval: Please seek evaluation. If you are siginficantly short of breath that is a problem. These symptoms could have a number of causes to include things like viral or bacterial pneumonia, influenza, COVID 19 etc.
