Possibly: Depending on the reason for your yellow teeth and the type of staining on your teeth, it could help. If you have tetracycline staining then it may not be helpful. If you go to your dentist, they will be able to help you and determine the appropriate treatment plan.

Doubtful: In my experience, white strips and the like work well on young teeth (16-25) age group. Professional bleaching systems - combo in office power bleaching (one or two sessions) with a take home kit in my experience have always rendered brilliant results i personally use the ultradent boost system with opalesence gel take home for patients with custom trays as it has been the most predicable for.
