And see a dentist: Brush after meals, floss and use mouthwash. Definitely avoid coffee, cola, and tobacco. Limit tea, wine, and possibly apples, potatoes. Certain drugs can cause teeth discoloration. There are plenty of over the counter whitening agents. A dentist can help you maintain your hygiene and trouble shoot if these tips aren't helping.

Dark Teeth: Often this can occur as we get older, but since you are only 20 that may not be the case. Avoid. Foods like coffee, tea, cola, red wine/anything that stains a glass. Check with your dentist about possibly whitening your teeth. Don't forget to floss or half your teeth are still dirty!
