See a dentitst: You really need to see a dentist to evaluate why this tooth is darker than your adjacent then and then he can tell you how to correct the color discrepancy.

That depends: That depends on why the tooth is discolored. If it is just surface stain your dentist may be able to polish it off, or for deeper surface stains, bleach the tooth. If it is because the enamel did not form properly in the first place, or has decalcified you may need a veneer or a porcelain crown to change the color. If it is the result of trauma, you may require root canal treatment as well.
