DIet: Dancing can definitely help you slim down but try to increase non stop dancing to 39 to 40 minutes three to five times a week. White rice will not help you but natural brown rice is beneficial but an overall plant based diet will help you slim down and feel your best.

Dancing, yes: Don't know about the rice though. Depends on what kind. Rice with salsa sounds good though!
