See your doctor: there are many causes of dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) which may be distinct from causes of odynophagia (pain on swallow), and can be from problems in throat (such as zenker’s or neural and muscular diseases) or in esophagus (structure or movement problem )- happy to consult to review symptoms and history and suggest workup, but contact ur doctor soon esp if worsening
