See MD: Does not look infected (yet). I would get seen at an urgent care center or by my pcp. You should be on antibiotics to prevent a serious infection. Is your tetanus shot up to date?

See a doctor: Pain following an animal bite or scratch may indicate infection and should be promptly evaluated. You may need antibiotics.
