Unlikely: Don't worry , you have other ovary for hormonal need ( and ovulation )

No: Glad that you are done with this surgery. As long as you have one working ovary, then you will continue to produce hormones. If you are producing hormones then no early menopause. Feel better, & wishing strength for your recovery.
