i have a tumor on my ovary with a bleeding cyst inside.. i've had a dermoid cyst removed b4 but docs not sure if it's a dermoid again it hurts any ide?

Many possibilities: Dermoids are frequently bilateral so that would be the first possibility. It could also be a hemorrhagic corpus luteum or an endometrioma. The ultrasound characteristics can help with this differential as can Doppler flow studies. Your doctor should be able to tell you more what the probabilities are. Good luck.
