See your doctor: The weight loss could be sign of chronic illness; infection, inflammation, autoimmune disorder or malignancy. Chronic bleeding suggests a hormonal imbalance (moody) and can lead to anemia which can cause fatigue and tremors. Either way, this is not an internet situation and needs to be addressed with your doctor as soon as possible.
