No: Kidney stones when they get obstructed in the ureters, give flank pain. But usually they don't give scrotum or testicular problem. Please consult your doctor for a thorough physical exam to get correct diagnosis and discuss treatment options.

Testicle pain: A kidney stone can cause testicle pain, even severe pain, in the testicle right before it leaves the ureter and enters the bladder. The longer the stone gets stuck there, the more intense the pain. This does not cause swelling. You would not mistake it for a tingle. If you have swelling, see a doctor right away.
